This Haschee is a warm dish of roasted minced meat in delicious sauce with chanterelles.

ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat (organic ground beef)
  • 1 tbsp hot mustard
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 1 can of washed chopped chanterelles
  • slightly cut parsley
  • some crushed fresh organic garlic
  • Paprika (rose sharp)
  • possibly ground cumin or simply goulash spice

You get really good Haschee if you proceed as follows:


preparation

  1. Before frying, mix the minced meat with the mustard, salt, pepper, chopped onions and crushed fresh organic garlic (knead well).
  2. After an hour of rest in the refrigerator, fry hot!
  3. Now add a large cup of hot water to the meat and dissolve the dregs!
  4. Chop the gherkin in small pieces and stir it into the simmering meat sauce with a can of washed and chopped chanterelles and sliced ​​parsley.
  5. Finally, season with paprika (Rosenscharf), pepper, possibly ground cumin or simply goulash spice.

Can be served on potatoes or pasta, or in separate bowls.
