Red wine goulash Rucki-Zucki
ingredients
- 1 kg of beef or pork goulash
- 1 kg shallots or onions
- 1 tube of tomato paste
- 1 cup of raisins in red wine (leave for about 1 hour before preparation)
- 1 bottle of red wine
- 2 small bottles of "hot chilli sauce"
- 2 cups of cream
preparation
Cover the bottom of a farmer with olive oil. Spread the meat on it (do not fry before!). Season with pepper, paprika and salt. Cover with diced shallots or onions. Now spread the tomato paste on it. Finally, sprinkle the raisins over and pour the bottle of red wine over it.
Cook for approx. 2 hours in a closed roaster at 175 degrees Celsius.
When the meat is taken out of the oven, stir well and mix with the chilli sauce and cream.
