Remove patches of paprika sauce from T-shirt

Patches of paprika sauce and I are pretty big friends! That's why I always have some on my T-shirts at regular intervals.

I used to just put the tops in the washing machine, with the result that the stains were never completely gone.

Recently, I got the tip to treat such stains with detergent (shampoo should also go) and the sunlight.

How to do it:

  1. Moisten the upper part at the appropriate place and remove the stain as best it can with detergent.
  2. Then put the shirt in the sun to dry (I left it in the sun all day).

I must confess, when I got the tip, I thought it would never work. It also took quite a while for the stain to be gone, BUT it worked.

In the picture the upper part looks a bit grayer on the picture below. That's the picture.

I do not know if the tip works in winter, but I'm sure that even then, more than once, I'll have the opportunity to try it out.
