Salad dressing for e.g. iceberg lettuce
ingredients
- Finely chop 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tbsp canned milk
- 1 tsp sharp mustard
- 1 teaspoon sweet mustard
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1-2 teaspoons apricot jelly
preparation
Mix everything and season with fresh herbs, sweetener, salt and pepper.
I make the sauce z. B. to an iceberg / cucumber salad.
