Who does not know, the daily consideration: What are we cooking today? Therefore, here is a recipe for a colorful heavenly delicious peasant pot, which also tastes good to smaller children.
ingredients
- 500 g minced meat
- 3 colorful peppers
- 2 onions (medium size)
- 2 carrots
- 1.2 kg of potatoes
- 200 g meat sausage
- 4 pieces of cucumber sticks (as cucumber quarter & inserted)
- 1/2 tube of tomato paste
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- Oil (for searing)
- 1 L vegetable stock
- Salt / pepper and roses paprika
- Herbs at will
preparation
- Heat some oil in a larger saucepan, add minced meat to the hot oil, season well with paprika powder and sauté.
- Firmly press the garlic cloves with the palms of your hands, peel them and put them into the pot.
- When the meat is through and has taken on color, add meat sausage (diced).
- Now add the diced onions and peppers. Sprinkle until the onions are nicely glassy.
- Now add the grated carrots and small cucumbers.
- Add half a tube of tomato puree, sauté briefly.
- Add vegetable stock. When everything is simmering, add potatoes (small pieces).
- Add bay leaves and simmer for about 35 minutes.
- When the potatoes are cooked, season the whole, possibly with cornstarch bind.
- Finally, add herbs to the pot, stir and decorate with a dash of cream on the plate.
If you do not have small children, you can also use red wine for cooking. To reduce the amount of broth.
