Sausage goulash made fast

Heat 1 tablespoon of Magarine in the pot.
Chop 1 onion, fry in fat (depending on the size if small, then two small).
250-300g meat sausage in cubes and sauté
Wash 350g carrots and 500g potatoes, peel, dice and add. Then add 1/2 liter of meat stock and simmer for 25 minutes.

Put 2 tablespoons of flour and 4 tablespoons of cream in a shaker, shake and mix with the broth. Then season with salt and pepper, done. If you like, you can add some parsley.

Tip: oven-fresh baguette tastes best.
