Savoy cabbage soup with shrimp skewer

Winter soups are an excellent heat source, and they taste great too.

For 4 people you need:

  • 1 small savoy cabbage cut into strips
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of horseradish out of the glass
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 125 ml of cream
  • 750 ml broth
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 4 teaspoons sour cream
  • 4 prawn skewers with 3-4 prawns

Heat the oil and fry the savoy cabbage with the onions. Deglaze with broth and cream and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove some savoy cabbage and purée the rest with the magic wand. Season with the spices. Roast the shrimp skewers nicely brown. Fill the soup into deep plates, add one teaspoon to each and the remaining savoy cabbage. Serve with the shrimp skewers.
