Cold radish soup

A few days ago our greengrocer came up with very cheap radishes - because almost all of them had burst due to the weather caprices! 10 cents per bund - that fits!

We take 4 to 5 bunch (without leaves of course), give them together with a good handful of petesilie in the blender and puree them. Put the puree in a bowl and add 2 to 3 cups of creamy quark (enough to make a slightly creamy substance). Then salt, pepper, a little chili (or cayenne pepper). The whole thing comes in the fridge. To serve in a nice glass, put chopped parsley on it and enjoy.
