Scrambled eggs to eat

Breakfast for hungry or several

Diced 8 slices of toast or 4 rolls
200 g of cooked (or raw) ham in cubes
200 g leaf spinach, 15 cherry tomatoes,
Grated cheese,
8 eggs, 1 cup milk, salt, pepper

Grease a baking tray or large baking dish and sprinkle with the bread cubes. Blanch the spinach briefly in salted water, drain and express lightly, or thaw frozen (no plubbin spinach). Spread the bread cubes, ham cubes, spinach, halved tomatoes and finally the cheese. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture over the plate. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 190 ° C until the cheese is golden brown.
