Season individual potato chips individually

You can spice up simple, cheap potato chips into delicious chips by seasoning them individually:

Spread the contents of the bag on a baking tray covered with baking paper and heat the chips for 15 minutes at 150 degrees.

The oil is doing something. The warm chips can then be sprinkled with the seasoning of choice: e.g. Paprika, cumin powder, curry or garlic and chilli powder. The imagination knows no limits!

Then let cool - they will be crispy again and serve in a bowl that is laid out with a kitchen towel. Of course you can spice up several small bowls individually. That makes something and also tastes great with an avocado dip or sour cream with spring onions!
