Spaghetti with the fastest meatballs in the world
Here's a very fast, satisfying, cheap and extremely popular recipe for children.
You take
- a packet of spaghetti
- about 200g frozen peas (to taste more or less)
- 4-5 coarse sausages
- about 1/4 l vegetable broth
- ca.1 / 2 packet passed tomatoes
- tomato ketchup
- Salt, pepper, maybe chili
Let's go
Boil the spaghetti with salt in a larger saucepan, add the peas after about five minutes (then you do not have to make an extra pot dirty for that ;-)).
In the meantime, squeeze the bratwurst out of the pelle into small dumplings and sauté in a pan in hot oil. When they have taken a little color, deglaze with the vegetable stock. A good load of ketchup and the passed tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper (if you like hot: neat chilli powder) and let it boil down a bit.
Pour the spaghetti with the peas into a sieve, then pour it back into the pot. Add the tomato sauce with the dumplings, stir well and possibly season again.
