Stag goulash with gingerbread chocolate red wine sauce

You need

  • 500-1000g stag goulash (there are frozen in the discounter)
  • 1 bar of chocolate
  • 2-4 gingerbread
  • 0.5 liters of red wine
  • 1 tablespoon of wild spice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tuber garlic
  • 2 cups of water

Chop onion and garlic and sauté. Fry the stag goulash with the wild spice. Now let the 2 cups of water to simmer for about 1 hour at the lowest level. Add the red wine, the chocolate and the gingerbread and mix everything for about 20 min at the lowest level. If too liquid, still sauce binder to! Possibly. Salt and pepper for seasoning. If the meat becomes too tough for you, just add a tablespoon of vinegar!

It's best to make proper bread dumplings and red cabbage.
