Store roulade needles perfectly
Recently, after a long time, I once again made roulades and at the same time emptied a glass of spice, I came up with a good idea for storing the roulade needles: empty commercial spice jars (supermarket, discounter).
These glasses have almost always the same size despite different company and brand names and in these the needles fit perfectly.
Previously, I always spiked the needles in a cork stopper, but never found it really practical. It just served to not hurt me in the drawer at the tips.
