I like to try new baking recipes. I have made many mistakes, which I did not always recognize immediately, as baking recipes are often described unclearly. For example, if it is a batter, all ingredients must be at room temperature. One recognizes the batter to the addition of fat in the form of butter or oil and several eggs.

Of course, if I want to bake a cake, I have the butter and eggs in the fridge. Everyone? So do not go.

Either I have to wait an hour now for the eggs and butter to have the same temperature, or I put the butter in the microwave until it is tender and I whip up the eggs and lightly warm them in a water bath with the whisk.

So the butter can emulsify with the eggs and I have no creamy mass, which does not bring the cake to success.
