3 - 5 eggs, depending on the size and 2 cups of sugar stir frothy, then 1 cup of oil, when everything has joined, 3 cups of flour and 1 packet of baking soda.


Stir in a pinch of salt, until a smooth dough is formed, preferably in the food processor or with the mixer from the mixer. Finally, you give 1 cup of mineral water, you can also take soda, to - just stir - done.

The size of the cups does not matter, because the relationship between them is always right. You do not have to be squeamish, this dough is hardly bad.

A little more of eggs or oil, a swoop of mineral water too much - no problem, everything still in the green. If you have baked it 2 or 3 times, you can see how versatile it is.


From this dough you can bake cake grounds. Or you pour it, because it is quite liquid, on a baking sheet, put apple slices on it, press it into the dough and bake from it a juicy apple pie.

If it is baked on a plate, then it can be refined by a lemon icing.

You can add chopped or ground nuts or raisins to the dough.


Or you mix in the addition of flour and baking soda 1 heaped EL cocoa, then you have a chocolate sauce.

You can bake it on the plate, eat it with or without glaze - or bake it in a sponge cake tin (about 50 - 60 minutes) - depending on your preference.

It is stirred in 10 minutes and then only has to be baked. A sheet lasts about 30 minutes.
