Sylter - Matjes in cream sauce

8 fillets, 2 onions, 4 apples, 1/4 l (whipped cream), 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon sugar

Cut the fillets into pieces, chop the apples and onions. Mix the whipped cream with the mayonaise and the sugar and fold in the matjes, apples and onions. Cool well in the fridge and serve with peasant, black bread or roast or jacket potatoes.
