My homemade pizza is not original italian, but she is loved by my family.
Ingredients that are needed
- 1 pack of baking mix "pizza dough" by Dr. med. Oetker (in the pack, there are two bags, both use!)
- 1 package Servelatwurst or other salami
- 1 medium glass of sliced peppers
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 400 g of grated Emmentaler
Ingredients for the sauce
- 1 tuber garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 can of pizza tomatoes
- 1 tsp Sambal Olek
- 1 tablespoon of marjoram rubbed
- tomatoes salt
- Abundant fresh or dried Mediterranean herbs
- Pepper and salt to taste
(If you want to save the spice, you can also take a bag of tomato Bolognese fix)
Both bags by Dr. med. Oetker to a smooth dough and roll out on a greased baking sheet. The edge push up quietly, since the pizza, yes, is abundantly occupied.
Then prepare the sauce:
Peel garlic and squeeze into a saucepan with some hot olive oil, peel and chop the onion, making everything a little glassy
let it cook and now already the stove on 200 ° preheat.
Put the tomatoes in the pot and lightly crush with a fork and then add the spices.
Bring everything to a boil and season as needed. It may quietly be sharp, that comes with food then really good.
Now spread the sauce on the dough and distribute the first portion of cheese. Then place the Servelatwurst evenly over it and again one
Layer cheese over it.
Now the pieces of pepper come over and cheese again. Finally, spread the mushrooms along the edge and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
Bake in the oven and bake for about 30 - 40 minutes.
I bake the pizza left over the next day. Just let it get hot with the oven. Or, in portions
cut and freeze.
