Tarte - made super fast

In the supermarket, there are "Wrap Tortillas" - flat corn dough for tortillas. Do not worry, you're already baking at the Flammkuchen. Place these ready-made soils on baking paper, spread with creme fraiche (1 cup), add diced bacon and onion rings to taste and bake in the oven at 200 degrees (normal) or 180 degrees (circulating air) for approx. 10 - 15 minutes, until the edge is slightly brown.

So you save the annoying Teigbodenmachen and taste it just as well.

And keep the unused Tortilla soils nicely packed tightly in foil.

Shopping:

  • Wrap tortillas - the cheapest ones are good enough
  • 1 cup of cream fraiche or sour cream
  • 2 onions
  • diced bacon - the better variety with less fat
  • baking paper
