Tomato sauce like miracoli sauce

Tomato sauce, which tastes almost like the original Miracoli sauce, homemade.
ingredients
- 2 cans of crushed or pureed tomatoes
- maybe some tomato paste
- 1 celery
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp sugar
- approx. 3 tsp instant broth (without flavor enhancer)
- about 2 teaspoons oregano
- a little olive oil
- Salt, pepper to taste
preparation
- Dice the celery and onion, sauté in the oil and cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add garlic and sauté briefly.
- Add canned tomatoes and simmer until the vegetables have softened slightly. Possibly. Thicken with tomato paste.
- Now season with sugar, a pinch of salt and 2-3 teaspoons broth and oregano.
- Purée everything with a blender, done.
Celery and oregano form the main part of the original. I first spiced something carefully with oregano.
But everyone was really excited about the taste.
