Tuna in Italian tomato sauce

Here is a quick and easy recipe for tuna in Italian tomato sauce.

Ingredients:
- 1 can of tomato pieces
- 1 tube of tomato paste
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 chopped garlic toe
- 400g Fussili noodles (other noodles can of course be used)
- sunflower oil
- Clear broth
- pepper, salt, chili, oregano, basil

Preparation:
1. First fry the onions and garlic in a small saucepan with a little oil. Then add the tomato pieces and 3 tablespoons tomato paste. Depending on the desired consistency can now be diluted with a little clear broth. Then a pinch of salt and of the remaining spices each 1/2 tea spoon stalk.

2. Then it's the turn of the noodles. Just bring 4-5l water in a large saucepan to a boil and then add the noodles. After 10 minutes, take a taste and simmer a little more if necessary. Be careful with the lid so nothing overcooks. When the pasta is ready, simply pour it off with the help of a sieve.

3. If the pasta is in the pot, the tuna can be poured into a sieve and shredded there with a fork. Then you can put it in the pot with the sauce and stir well. The sauce should continue to simmer until the pasta is ready.
