Vanilla ice cream made by yourself

Now it's time again, the ice age is coming!
I always make our own ice cream and we love the vanilla ice cream. Cream does not have to be, but some home-made Sylter Rote Grütze or a shot of homemade eggnog, hot raspberries and crunchy ice cream cones or delicious hot waffles with cherries.
ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 real bourbon vanilla pod
- 1 cup of cream, approx. 250 g
preparation
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and the chopped marrow of the vanilla pod until frothy.
- Beat the cream until stiff and mix with the vanilla egg cream.
- Fill mass in freezer dishes and deep-freeze.
- After about an hour, the vanilla ice cream can be served.
