Vegetable stew from the pressure cooker

ingredients
- 1500 ml broth
- 10 pieces of Brussels sprouts
- 600 g of pork
- 200 g savoy cabbage
- 6 florets cauliflower
- 4 potatoes
- 2 big carrots
- 1 kohlrabi
- 1 big onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp butter lard
- Broth, salt, pepper, paprika powder
preparation
- Dice the meat, peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces, including the vegetables.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Sauté meat with butter for about 5 minutes and season, fry the onion for a short time, add stock to cover the meat, cook for 5 minutes with lid closed on speed 2 (fast cooking).
- Evaporate the pot, then add the whole vegetables to the meat, fill with broth.
- Close pot, cook at level 1 (low heat) for 3 minutes.
- Evaporate immediately.

In the pressure cooker you can blanch the vegetables well, which I did, because I had too much.
The blanching water I used for the broth, so the vitamins are preserved.
