cucumber stew

Fry 500 g minced meat (beef or half / half).

1-2 diced onions in the hack glassy.

1-2 cucumbers (peeled, halved lengthways, gutted and sliced),


2 cans of tomatoes and, who likes,

Add 1-2 chopped garlic fingers to the minced onion mixture.

Stir well and season with salt & pepper. Approximately Simmer for 15 minutes and season with rosemary, thyme or herbs from Provence.

In addition there is rice, potatoes or bread.

Like most stews, this warmed up tastes even better. In winter we like it really hot, in summer it is also lukewarm delicious.
