Warm salad

I like to eat salad and I like to try new things. The salad sometimes bothers me that it is too cold for me, so I came to the warm salad.

Heat some olive oil in a pan and add onions and peppers, cut into strips, and cook until firm. Finally add 1 or 2 Knobizehen. Turn off the stove and fold in the diced tomatoes.

Mix a marinade of oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and a little sugar, pour into the pan and mix everything carefully. For serving, sprinkle fresh herbs, such as parsley and chives.
