Radish salad more edible

Radish salad from long white radish is available with us preferably during this season for Sunday breakfast with baked panhas and a soft-boiled egg.

What was left of the radish salad ("for the next day!") Was often an impertinence the next day for the nose. There was a smell in the house, as if someone had dumped somewhere in a corner? But that was only the preparation with vinegar.

I have the experience that when I make radish with oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar, it is even after 2 days still edible.
