Watermelon jam - fruity & delicious

I love eating watermelon. My last watermelon was not as sweet as I would like, so I wondered if you could make jam with it. I searched for a recipe and found it.

ingredients

  • Peeled 1000 g of watermelon
  • 500 g jam sugar 2 plus 1
  • 1 tablespoon of citric acid powder

preparation

  1. Slice the watermelon.
  2. Remove shell and cores if present.
  3. To cut in pieces.
  4. Puree.
  5. Bring everything together in the pot to a boil and boil for about 5 minutes bubbly.
  6. Make gelling sample (with the mixing spoon, put a little jam on a small plate, it must gel, otherwise cook a little further.
  7. Rinse screw jars with hot water.
  8. Fill the glasses and close them immediately, turn them upside down for a while.

The jam has become delicious and for a little money.
