White potatoes

Peel raw potatoes and rub them into thin slices with a grater.

Melt into a pot of margarine, fry diced bacon, add the raw, sliced, washed-off potato slices, glassy saute.

Add the onion into small cubes, add. Now add 1 cup of cream and milk until the potatoes are covered. Cut spring twigs into small rings and add.

Season with salt and pepper. When the potatoes are cooked (knife sample) add some herb cheese to the "simmer".
Season with nutmeg. If meat is desired, Kasseler tastes good.
