Zucchini soup with herb melted cheese

This dish is prepared very quickly and tastes very delicious.
Ingredients:
about 500g zucchini
1 cube of broth, beef broth or fat broth or similar)
1 herbal smoked cheese (ca.200g)
possibly 1 cup of whipped cream

Preparation:
Peel and dice zucchini. Put in a saucepan and fill up with water so that zucchini cubes are almost covered. Together with the bouillon cube about 8-10 min. Cook.

Add the melted cheese and puree everything with the blender. Stir in cream (it tastes very good even without cream).

You can do this with baguette or ciabatta bread and herb or garlic butter, or you can take ready made herb or garlic baguette.
