Zucchini Stew

When the zucchini is approaching us, we often do not know how to process things so quickly. Here is a tip, if the zucchinis have become mighty big:

Ingredients:

Cut 1 big zucchini into small cubes, remove seeds
500 g Mett or more
2 onions
Soup vegetables or greens
Potato chips as much as you like
about 1 liter of broth


Preparation:

Fry the mett and onions, add the zucchini cubes and the soup vegetables, add the stock, add the potato pieces, cook until the potatoes are cooked.

Incidentally, it tastes also without Mett, so vegetarian!

Very tasty, very easy and can be frozen well, so that even in winter, still has some of his zucchini.
