Amchur - mango powder for seasoning
I have a new spice in the kitchen that I can highly recommend: Amchur powder, made from ground green mangos.
The powder tastes tart aromatic, is very tasty with fish, stir-fry, Asian cuisine - but also as an acidulant instead of lemons. It tastes wonderfully fresh, is durable and very inexpensive.
To find in Asia supermarkets in a colorful little box. Just ask there, if you are interested! It is worth it!
