Apple banana cherry jam

Once again, my eyes were bigger than my stomach and I had too many apples and bananas left over. Little wife what now? To throw away too bad and too ripe for eating. Making a virtue out of necessity and cooking jam is a bit more elaborate, but it's worth it.

So I boiled 1 l. Apple jam, 1 l. Banana jam and about 1 l. Sour cherries from the glass. Add each type of fruit to an extra pot for cooking, with a dash of lemon juice and 250 g of jam sugar. First, I cook the apple jam and fill it about 1/3 in hot rinsed glasses and let them stand for about 20 minutes. Then I take the banana jam and fill it on the apple jam after further cooling time, I give the layer of cherry jam. Then I close the glasses and turn them upside down. Who has no children as "blackheads" can add a dash of eggnog. Tastes really delicious and looks good.
