Here I have a recipe without fat, sugar and eggs and still tastes very delicious. Of course sweet with apples and raisins - it can also be stored well long time in a plastic bag - if it survives.

You take

  • 300 g spelled wholemeal flour
  • 100 g of tender oatmeal
  • 1.5 p. Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice
  • 1 rum flavor or even better 1-2 shot glasses full of rum
  • 300 g raisins
  • Roughly grated apples (Boskop)

This is how it's done

First, mix the dry ingredients well with each other, then peel the apples and rub in roughly and do not forget the rum.

Knead everything well, fill in a fat box. Bake at 175 ° C for about 1 hour.
