Aronia-apple jam

Aronia berries are very vitamin-rich (especially C and E) they stimulate the immune system and they contain antioxidants.

Since the aureas are pure sour and slightly bitter, but they are so healthy, I made a jam from it.


We bought this berry bush in the spring and yet there were so many fruits that I wanted to make something delicious today.

Since berries are so much flavorful, I searched for a second fruit and found a nondescript apple, which is not good for the cake and to eat immediately is tasteless, but has its vitamins for sure.

ingredients

  • 300 g of aronia berries
  • 500 g apples
  • 500 g jam sugar 2: 1
  • and 150 ml of water

preparation

  1. Wash berries and apples, cut the apples and bring to a boil with the berries, the jelly sugar and water.
  2. I let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes, then mix everything with the wand and put in glasses.
  3. The lids must be closed immediately and then the glasses can cool.

The marmalade is so delicious, it's hard to believe that only 100 grams of aronia berries are in each jar.
