Baked asparagus

Boil and peel the asparagus and allow to cool slightly, then wrap 2-3 bars in a slice of cooked ham and place all the "rolls" in a casserole dish.

The sauce: mix a packet of Hollandaise sauce (Tetra Pack) with half a tin of pizza tomato or Tomato al Gusto (Maggi), season with a bit of salt, pepper and Italian herbs.

Sprinkle the sauce over the asparagus and a little grated cheese (Gouda, Edam, Mozarella, whatever ...) over it and into the oven. If the cheese is already running and / or brown is the thing done. Potatoes taste best, but pasta goes too.
