Baked potatoes with ham, cream and cheese
16 medium potatoes (jacket potatoes, preferably from the day before)
16 slices of Black Forest ham
2 cups of sweet cream (who wants to save fat ... Rama Creme fine)
2 p. Cream cheese
Wrap the peeled potatoes with a slice of ham and place in a greased baking dish. Heat the cream and dissolve the cheese in it, pour over the potatoes. They should be covered with the sauce.
Cook in the oven at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Goes well with everything grilled, to salads and where otherwise still gladly potato gratin is eaten.
