  1. I did not write a lot about it because I think anyone can judge for themselves.
  2. Cabbage, apple and the onion are finely sliced ​​or cut by hand, let oil (fat) get hot, add the cabbage and the onion and fry nicely brown.
  3. Add the salt and pepper and deglaze with the cider, wine ... simply add a ground cover. Cook with the pot closed for 30-40 minutes on a low heat. At the end, taste them as you like, maybe you can add a bouillon cube.
  4. In addition there are potatoes and roast with sauce.

My variant

Instead of cabbage rolls I prefer to make the Bavarian cabbage with minced meat for a long time. Then I fry the minced meat until it is brown, then just add the other ingredients. Here also mashed potatoes, is quite something delicious.
