Bavarian worker schnitzel
Today we do something very simple - a so-called "Bavarian Workers Schnitzel" - is actually like that!
Per person we need a 1.5 cm thick slice Leberkäs, flour, eggs, breadcrumbs and a little whipped cream.
The Leberkäs we bread like a Wiener schnitzel. So that the breading is relaxed, we give in the egg for breading something whipped cream.
Slowly fry the breaded Leberkäs slices in clarified butter, shaking the pan a bit at a time so that the breading gets light waves (by the way you can see that a schnitzel - or Lebekäs - comes out of the pan and not from the deep fryer !)
There is lukewarm potato salad or fried potatoes. It tastes very pleasant even if you use the so-called "Pizzaleberkäs"!
