Apple-quince jelly

In addition to my recipe for quince marmalade from November 8, here is the simple recipe for a delicious apple quince jelly, which can be prepared from the collected quince juice.

Apart from the quince juice you only need about ½ liter apple juice (100%) and 500 g jelly sugar (2: 1).
So I filled the juice (it was plenty ½ L) in a large pot of apple juice to 1 liter and then stirred the gelling sugar into the cold juice mixture.
This is then brought to a boil over high heat and with constant stirring and boiled for 1 minute bubbly. Then pour the boiling liquid into the rinsed glasses and close tightly with screw lids.
I was able to fill three standard (450 ml) jam jars with it.
