Beer punch with sour cherries

ingredients
- 2.5 L Pils (or better: dark beer)
- 250 g of sugar
- 1 untreated lemon
- 1/8 l of grain
- 1 glass of sour cherries (pitted)
preparation
- Put the cherries on a sieve and drain (collecting the juice)
- Squeeze out the lemon
- Bring cherry juice with lemon peel and sugar to a boil and let cool (bowl out)
- Soak cherries with grain and lemon juice and chill
- Before serving, mix cherries (with grain), cherry juice and well chilled beer.
