Feta and rocket cream

I would like to introduce my feta cream with rocket salad here. In a supermarket I once bought a feta cream with rocket, which tasted good to me. However, I found these very expensive and thought, you can surely do it yourself.
Feta rocket cream or something like that was in the shop, garlic I tasted out and thus my cream was almost born. :-) From this came the following recipe:
ingredients
- 1 handful of rocket
- 1 clove of garlic
- 200 g of feta cheese
- 200 g cream cheese
- a bit of salt
preparation
- Mince the feta cheese with a fork.
- Mix the crumbled feta with the cream cheese.
- Mince some rucola (about a handful, more depending on your taste) and add the feta cream cheese cream.
- Crush the garlic clove in the garlic press or grind it with a grater and mix it with the cream.
- Finally, season the cream with salt.
Of course you can also vary the taste with garlic.
Tastes wonderful on a fresh bread or baguette or as a dip for vegetables.
