"Blind fish" - delicious sour-egg-soup
Who likes to eat sour eggs with potatoes, but wanted to save pots in the future, can try my recipe once, I find delicious :)
Cook 5 eggs, peel and dice. Peel and dice 1/2 kg of potatoes (depending on how much you want), cover with water and cook with allspice, salt and bay leaf. When the potato cubes are cooked, add the eggs and 2-3 eggs, season with sugar, vinegar and mustard - done!
Personally, I thickens the soup if it is still a bit too thin, e.g. with sauce binder on, but that's of course a matter of taste.
