Bolognese in stock

As a working mom, I always cook Bolognese in large quantities and freeze them in freezer bags as flat as possible.

Advantages: Thaws very quickly - or in the microwave to thaw and you always have something for the fast or elaborate kitchen ready. Just think about lasagna. All you have to do is make the Bechamel sauce. Or you will unexpectedly visit. Pasta always works!

But even children and the better half can conjure up something delicious, if Mom wants to go to the movies or something ;-)
