- 4 - 5 not too small potatoes
- 1 big onion
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Caraway seed
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 - 3 tomatoes
- 4 boiling sausages
- 1 cup of broth (exceptionally it may also be instant broth)
- parsley
preparation
- Peel the potatoes and slice into thin slices. Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the potato slices.
- Then pepper, salt and the diced onion on the potatoes, generously sprinkle caraway seeds and continue to fry for a few minutes while turning.
- Now cut the tomatoes into slices, put them on the potatoes and also put the sliced sausages in the pan and on the tomatoes.
- Now pour the broth into the pan and cook the dish on a low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Then arrange and sprinkle with parsley.
