Carrot soup - spicy and fast

  • 1.5 kg of carrots
  • 1-2 onions
  • 1 small celery tuber
  • 50g ham (bacon) cubes
  • 1 kl. Package of greens (TK)
  • Parsley (1 Pckg. TK or 1 bunch fresh)
  • olive oil
  • vegetable stock
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • curry
  • turmeric
  • Chilli flakes
  • 1 cup of cream

Peel carrots and celery and cut into small pieces.

Dice the onion and sauté with the ham cubes in oil. Add the carrots, celery and the TK birch and sauté briefly.

Then deglaze with water until the vegetables in the pot are just well covered.


Season with vegetable broth and the spices, parsley and simmer with closed lid over low heat for about 30 minutes.

Then switch off the stove, puree the soup with the wand, then season well and stir in the cream.

If you like, you can even cut in Vienna sausages, otherwise a simple butter bread tastes super delicious.
