Cut 2 large or 3 small lemons into small pieces and finely puree with 150 g salt and 150 ml water in a blender. Heat the mass briefly to 100 degrees. Add 40 ml of vinegar and fill into glasses.
An economical and, above all, environmentally friendly alternative to conventional stainless steel cleaners.
