Cherry tiramisu
Recipe is enough for 6 people. Not for calorie counter, but the hit on every celebration.
Ingredients and preparation
- Drain 1 glass of sour cherries well.
- Separate 3 cold, fresh (!) Eggs. Beat egg whites very stiff.
- Beat the egg yolk with 3 tablespoons of sugar until it turns whitish.
- Add 250 g mascarpone and stir.
- Egg white briefly spoonfuls.
- Fill one third of the mascarpone cream in a bowl and smooth.
- Immerse half of 100 g spoon biscuit lengthwise with the sugar side down in 100 ml espresso or strong coffee and place with the dry side on top of the cream.
- Distribute half of the cherries on top. Put another layer of cream on top and continue working until all ingredients are consumed.
- Finish with cream and leave to cool. Add 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder just before serving.
