Chicken breast in delicious mushroom sauce
4 chicken breast fillets
1 onion
500 g of fresh mushrooms
200 g cream
150 g cream cheese
salt and pepper
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast fillets well from both sides. Remove them and put them aside. In the same pan, then smear the onion cubes and the sliced mushrooms for about 3-5 minutes. Then deglaze with the cream and bring to a boil. Stir in the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Add the chicken breast and let it stand for about 10 minutes over low heat.
