Chilli Con Carne (without fix)

Since the previous tip was just the wrong one, I'll write down a recipe that's at least as easy as the one with the Maggi Fix.

The recipe is about 4 people, maybe even a plate more.
You can also eat it again the next day, which I like to do because it tastes so good. :)

ingredients

  • 500g Minced (pork / beef) (you can also take less, so 300g or 250g)
  • 1 glass of Letscho
  • 2 cans of canned tomatoes
  • 2 cans of red beans
  • 1 can of corn (actually 2, but that's always too much for me)
  • Tabasco sauce or chilli powder

preparation

First, fry the meat in oil in a large saucepan. When the meat is well fried, add the can and glass contents.

And yes, do not drain the bean water (corn water), but put in the pot, otherwise you do not have the desired stew, which Chilli is yes. I've seen people watching while cooking found it disgusting. But it's just the liquid from the beans and nothing bad. It does not bother me and take it in.

Of course you have to cut the tomatoes, as they are present in the cans throughout the piece. I often dismember them in the pot, but would probably be a bit easier outside.

When everything is in the pot, stir well and simmer. At the end taste with Tabasco, Chilli or both.

That's it. Easy or?

If you want, you can still squeeze 2-3 toes of garlic into a white yoghurt and drip this on the plate of soup. It tastes even better!

For this you eat best baguette or rib. But goes without synonymous.
