Hack and leek soup cheese

Goes fast and tastes fantastic!
For about 10 people (you can well prepare a day before), or how I do it as a single, cook and freeze in portions!
ingredients
- 500 g minced meat (beef, pork or mixed)
- 5 leeks
- Soup powder (to taste)
- 3 herbal smoked cheese a 200 g
- 2 cream cheese a 200 g
- 2 cans of mushrooms cut
- The biggest pot in the house
preparation
- Fry minced meat crumbly. Then fill the pot with water in half. Then add soup powder or cube to feel.
- Then add the leeks cut into fine rings. Let everything simmer.
- Gradually, add the cheese. Always stir well, turn down heat. When the soup has reached a creamy mass, weigh, try ... too watery, then add soup powder. Too spicy, then add water.
- But be careful, stop 2 cm from the edge of the pot. You still need to add the 2 cans of drained mushrooms. Simmer gently and if the leek is soft, can be slammed!
