Fight woodworm in furniture
I had moderate infestation in a wardrobe door. The rest of the cupboard was also eaten away. But I found an effective remedy against the woodworms.
Since in woodworm agents the same active ingredient is contained as in remedies for head lice (often the permethrin), so I have worried me a corresponding shampooing in a drugstore. I dissolved these in about two liters of water. I then completely sprayed the cabinet inside and out and lathered it. As in the hair washing instructions, I treated the cupboard three times every three days.
Since treatment over a month ago, I have not been able to detect new drill dust.
